The club\u2019s aim is to minimise the administrative burden associated with breeding and save you as much time and effort as possible \u2013 so that you can devote both to raising beautiful, healthy and hardworking little retrievers, which is what matters most. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>To view this page in English (or other languages):<br\/>On a computer: Right-click anywhere on the page and select Translate (to English) or Translate page.<br\/>Alternatively, open your browser menu. This option is no longer available.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where can I find the breeding forms?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd is.retriever-club.cz \u2192 Members\u2019 Section \u2192 Breeding<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>A) APPLICATION FOR A MATING CERTIFICATE (KL)<br\/><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udcdd To be completed by the breeder when planning a mating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">What you need:<br\/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udc15\u200d\ud83e\uddba Select a female qualified for breeding<br\/>Only females who meet all the required conditions will be displayed.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><code>Podm\u00ednky:<\/code>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\u23f3 the female must be between 18 months and 8 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udeab she must not have another open application for a mating certificate<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\u26a0\ufe0f for females over 7 years of age, the mating certificate is issued with a limited period of validity<br\/><br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udc36 Select the stud dog<br\/>You may select one or two stud dogs already registered in the system or add a new one.<br\/>At least one stud dog must be specified. If you do not enter a second dog, the second position will remain available in case of an unforeseen event. After consulting the breeding advisor, the breeder may then add a replacement stud dog without having to apply for a new mating certificate.  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udcde Complete the contact details, kennel name and year\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udcce Foreign stud dogs<br\/>Please attach a copy of both sides of the dog\u2019s pedigree and proof that the dog is qualified for breeding.<br\/>If the dog has already sired a litter registered in the Czech Republic, a link to the litter or a copy of an offspring\u2019s FCI pedigree is sufficient. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udcce Mating by artificial insemination<br\/>Artificial insemination is permitted. It may only be performed by a professionally qualified person, and confirmation of the procedure must be attached to the completed mating certificate.<br\/>Artificial insemination must never be used between dogs that have not previously reproduced successfully by natural mating.<br\/>All requirements of the relevant \u010cMKU regulations must be observed.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">\ud83d\udcce Registering the litter under another kennel name<br\/>When applying for a mating certificate for a litter that will be registered under a kennel name other than your own, please attach an agreement with the owner of that kennel name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>After submission:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\u27a1\ufe0f the application is forwarded to the breeding advisor<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udcec once approved, the mating certificate will be sent by email<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\u2728 a Litter Report entry will be created automatically<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">The standard processing time for a mating certificate is 30 days from the submission of a complete application. The fee is CZK 150.<br\/>The EXPRESS option takes 5 days and costs CZK 1,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">\ud83d\udcdd The owner of the female must print the mating certificate in three copies:<br\/>one copy is given to the owner of the stud dog,<br\/>one copy must be sent by post within 8 days to the breeding advisor responsible for the breed,<br\/>the third copy must be submitted to the \u010cMKJ Stud Book together with the application for litter registration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B) LITTER REPORT<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udc3e To be completed within 10 days after the puppies are born.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please provide:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 the date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc15 the stud dog \u2013 select one of the dogs listed on the approved mating certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc76 the number of puppies born and reared, including their sex and colour<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f whether the puppies were delivered by caesarean section<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2757 any complications, strengths or shortcomings of the litter, defects found in the puppies, and any required litter inspection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2714\ufe0f any additional notes for the breeding advisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system monitors the relevant deadlines:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u23f0 if no Litter Report has been submitted approximately 85 days after the mating, a reminder will be sent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>C) APPLICATION FOR LITTER REGISTRATION<br\/><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Part 1: Request for registration numbers<br\/>Once the Litter Report has been approved, the system will automatically create a record for the future Application for Litter Registration \u2013 Request for Registration Numbers.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcc4 Complete the puppies\u2019 names in accordance with the rules below and enter their sex. Then print and sign the request and send it to \u010cMKJ within 25 days of the puppies\u2019 birth.<br\/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>#\ufe0f\u20e3 Please enclose the following documents with the request for registration numbers:<br\/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the original Mating Confirmation (Mating Certificate), signed by the owners or keepers of both parents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the original pedigree of the female, if this is her first litter;<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a copy of the stud dog\u2019s pedigree, including proof of his breeding qualification and health and other relevant results, if he is a foreign stud dog who has not previously been used for breeding in the Czech Republic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a copy of the kennel name registration certificate\/card, if this is the first litter registered under the kennel name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2714\ufe0f \u010cMKJ will return the Application for Litter Registration with the assigned \u010cLP registration numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Part 2: Completion of the Application for Litter Registration<br\/>Once the request for registration numbers has been created, the system will also generate the Application for Litter Registration.<br\/>Complete this application after you receive the assigned registration numbers from \u010cMKJ.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system will automatically pre-fill:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 the litter details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc15 the parents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfa8 the colours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc64 the breeding advisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each puppy, enter:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83c\udff7\ufe0f name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2640\/\u2642 sex<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd22 registration number<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After submission:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udce7 You will receive an email containing the generated Application for Litter Registration.<br\/>Add the microchip numbers, have the form certified by a veterinarian, sign it and send it to \u010cMKJ together with the request for the puppies\u2019 pedigrees to be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional information on the Application for Litter Registration<br\/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter only the puppies\u2019 individual names in the name fields, not their names together with the kennel name.<br\/>List the male puppies first, followed by the female puppies.<br\/>The maximum length of a puppy\u2019s name is 20 characters, including spaces and punctuation.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stud Book contact details<br\/>\u010cMKJ<br\/>Le\u0161ansk\u00e1 1176\/2a<br\/>141 00 Prague 4<br\/>Attn: Ms V.
