Retriever Klub CZ – the Association processes personal data and, in doing so, fulfils the obligations of a controller of such data, or where applicable a processor, as laid down by applicable legislation. This primarily includes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which is directly applicable in all EU Member States and is commonly referred to by the abbreviation GDPR.

What Personal Data Do We Process?

• first and last name
• contact details (including telephone number)

We use your personal data for:

• carrying out the Club’s administrative activities
• sending informational emails concerning Club matters
• handling your requests

Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

• In a particular case, we may process your personal data because:
  • it is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations as a Club
  • you have given us consent to process your personal data, which you may withdraw at any time

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

• We may disclose your personal data to:
  • authorities and organisations to which we are legally required to provide personal data
    
  • public authorities

Retriever Klub CZ complies with all applicable GDPR requirements when processing personal data and guarantees its members all rights arising under the GDPR:

• 1. Right to information about the processing of personal data
  • You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process and who the data controller is (see above).
    
• 2. Right of access
  • Every member has access to their personal data in the RK CZ registry system.
• 3. Right to rectification
  • Every member has access to their personal data in the RK CZ registry system and can edit it.
• 4. Right to erasure
  • Every member has the right to request the erasure of their personal data. If legal grounds for processing exist, the erasure will not be performed; the controller will inform the data subject that the personal data has been erased or will state the reason why it was not.
• 5. Right to restriction of processing
  • The processing of personal data shall be restricted to mere storage.

• 8. Right not to be subject to a decision
• 9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – Office for Personal Data Protection

Members may exercise these rights:

Information on the taking of photographic and video recordings during events:
Please be advised that for the purpose of capturing the course of club events and their presentation, photographic or video recordings may be taken during these events.
The recordings will be published on the website: https://www.retriever-klub.cz/, on the Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/retrieverklub/, and in the club’s printed materials.
If, despite our efforts to take recordings without the possibility of identifying the recorded persons, you would like any recording removed, we will ensure its immediate erasure. For this purpose, please contact us at the e-mail: matrika@rkcz.cz
